Our Customer Service & Operating department is responsible in manage the incoming inquiry with multi language and assisting. In order for smoothly processing, our team will diagnostics the system from time to time with the collaboration of the Technical team.  

The technical services will be stay online 24×7. Which will work together with Customer Services all the time. Technical services will collect all the feedback from merchants and will be adjusted according to the requirements of the merchants.  

Our developer team is responsible on develop new UI/UX design or new function on the backend. They will get information from the customer and develop a new system to them or new function to implement to the customer’s current system. Our team familiar with many programming languages to fulfil different needs.
